Winston Taylor is an ordained pastor, chaplain, author, and community leader with nearly two decades of ministry experience serving congregations, institutions, and communities across the United States and internationally. He is the founder of WARRIOR, a faith-centered movement dedicated to forming believers who are spiritually armored, rooted in truth, resilient in adversity, and obedient to Christ.

 

At the heart of Pastor Taylor’s life and ministry is a clear, guiding mission: To heal the sick, feed the healthy, seek the young, and serve the lost.

 

This mission shapes every aspect of his calling—how he preaches, how he leads, how he serves, and how he shows up for people in moments of strength and moments of deep need.

Pastor Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry, equipping him with advanced theological training and leadership development. He also completed a full unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), where he received specialized formation in crisis care, spiritual assessment, and ministry in complex institutional environments. His undergraduate studies in Ministerial Theology laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to Scripture, discipleship, and service.

 

This blend of academic preparation and hands-on ministry has shaped him into a pastor equally comfortable teaching doctrine, counseling through trauma, and leading organizations through change.

 

Proven Leadership & Impact

Throughout his ministry, Pastor Taylor has served as senior pastor and district leader in multiple regions, guiding churches through seasons of growth, renewal, and reorganization. His leadership has resulted in:

• Revitalized worship experiences and discipleship systems

• Expansion of digital and media ministries

He has led mayoral prayer councils, served as police and hospital chaplain, and worked alongside local leaders to address homelessness, education, food insecurity, and youth development. His leadership style is collaborative, strategic, and deeply relational.

 

Chaplaincy & Community Presence

 

In addition to congregational ministry, Pastor Taylor has served as a correctional chaplain, where he built a chaplaincy program from the ground up in a newly opened state prison. In these settings, his calling to heal the sick and serve the lost takes tangible form—offering hope, spiritual guidance, and dignity to those often overlooked.

 

His chaplaincy work reflects a belief that no space is beyond God’s reach and no life is beyond redemption.

 

Global Missions & Outreach

 

In 2020, Pastor Taylor founded the Jesus Is the Answer Hope Campaign, a mission-driven initiative providing food, educational supplies, toys, and essential resources to hundreds of individuals and families. Through mission trips and evangelistic efforts in the United States, Jamaica, and Uganda, he has remained committed to serving both local and global communities with humility and compassion.

Pastor Taylor is the author of four devotional books and the creator of multiple Bible study series focused on hope, righteousness by faith, and spiritual resilience. Through writing, teaching, radio, newsletters, and digital platforms, he has and continues to feed the healthy—nurturing believers toward maturity, stability, and joy in Christ.

 

Founder of WARRIOR

 

WARRIOR was born out of Pastor Taylor’s conviction that many believers are saved—but not strengthened. The movement exists to help people move from survival mode into Spirit-led strength by equipping them with biblical truth, spiritual practices, and practical tools for daily life.

 

WARRIOR is not about performance. It is about formation—raising believers who know who they are in Christ, can withstand spiritual opposition, and live out their faith with courage and love.
